These terms govern your use of the Time Capsule app. By using the app you agree to them.

The service

Time Capsule lets you write messages and attach media that stay sealed until a date or milestone you choose, and optionally back them up to the cloud, send them as gifts, or create shared couples capsules.

Your content

You own everything you create. We claim no ownership of your capsules.
You are responsible for the content you create and share, and for having the right to share it.
You agree not to use the app to store or send unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

Accounts and backup

Cloud backup, gifting, and couples capsules require account features (including anonymous or Google sign-in). You are responsible for keeping access to your account and device. Free-plan capsules are stored only on your device; if you lose or reset the device without exporting or backing up, that content cannot be recovered.

Purchases and subscriptions

Pro subscriptions and gift packs are sold through Google Play and managed via your Google account.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play. Manage or cancel anytime there.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled under Google Play’s policies.

Availability

We work to keep the app and cloud features running, but we provide them “as is” without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features. We are not liable for lost data beyond what is required by law; please keep your own backups using the in-app export.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and cloud data at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
